Service Agreement

By using the services of Broadside Recovery Ltd, you agree to these terms. We provide vehicle recovery and transport services subject to availability and road conditions.

Pricing

All prices are quoted before dispatch. Additional charges may apply if the job scope changes significantly from the original description.

Insurance

All recovery and transport operations are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the vehicle at the time of service.

Cancellation

If you cancel after a driver has been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply.
